Surrey County Council decides that security lighting is not justified at an MRF in the green belt

Surrey County Council has resolved to refuse, against officer recommendation, a proposal to vary a condition that required floodlights to be switched off at night at a materials recycling facility (MRF) at Reigate Road Quarry.
