How to manage your sessions on the Customer Management System

If you have tried to access COMPASS Online but received the message "maximum users exceeded" it may be because either you or a colleague have not logged out of your user session properly. In this case you will be logged out of the site for up to 20 minutes.
If you would prefer not to wait please use the following instructions to close any open user sessions.
Go to this link http://www.dcs-dams.co.uk/haycust and login in using the details provided to the subscription holder. If you do not have your login details please contact either your account manager or contact customer services on 01452 835 820 or email dcs@haymarket.com.
This is what the login screen looks like:

Select the appropriate account and go to ‘Manage Sessions’

Click on the red button to close the user session. Now you can log back into COMPASS Online.
