Inspector decides that Wrexham former brickworks storage area is not employment land

In dismissing an appeal against the refusal of permission for a concrete batching plant outside settlement boundaries, a planning inspector has determined that a site previously used for storing materials from an adjacent brickworks could not be considered to have an established employment use.
