Early deliveries from bagging plant at Kingston Railway Wharf considered not to cause unacceptable increase in noise

West Sussex County Council has allowed a proposal to allow three HGVs to leave the site at Kingston Railway Wharf, Shoreham between 06.00 and 07.00 on weekdays until the permission expired in September 2013.
